Don’t do these things after meal…

  1. Don’t smoke– Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meals is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of   cancer is higher).
  2. Don’t eat fruits immediately – Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruits 1-2 hours after meal or 1 hour before meal
  3. Don’t drink tea – Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest
  4. Don’t loosen your belt – Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.
  5. Don’t bathe – Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease.   This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach
  6. Don’t walk about – People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In reality this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake
  7. Don’t sleep immediately – The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine

  1. don’t forget to pay if you eat at restaurant [unless someone pay for you, or it’s you restaurant…] – you might be caught for stealing, being hit by the workers and owners, and… mati masuk nuraka…😛

    just wonder, do you have any reference on what’s mentioned above? any publication or abstract will do me alright..
    selalu jer dengar, org2 tua berpesan jgn tidur lepas makan.. atau jangan mandi lepas makan dan sebagainya, kalau memang ada penyelidikkan dalam perkara2 ni, sejauh mana betulnya.. memang bagus. bukannya tak percaya pada pesan org tua2 cumanya, hanie yakin setiap tak boleh tu ada sebabnya, dan biasanya orang tua2 membuat konklusi dari pemerhatian yg panjang, so kalau dapat support pemerhatian ini dgn research kan best.. so setiap tak boleh tu.. ada faktanya.. hehe (bukannya apa, bila cakap tak boleh kat anak2 kalau ada yg bangkang boleh tunjuk fakta kat dalam journal hehhe, mesti diorang tak boleh bangkang lagi dan akan menurut dgn patuhnya)
    tak silap hanie kat UK ada buat research on “pengambilan oren dan ubat dalam tempoh masa yg hampir boleh mengurangkan kesan ubat tersebut” lebih kurang cam tulah tajuk research nya.. nak tahu lebih lanjut cuba cari kat website bbc

  3. assalamualaikum umusai dan abu saif. nak tahu mcm mana nakm qadha puasa untuk tahun-tahun lepas. misalnya qadha untuk 2 ramadhan lepas

    Tip yang ke-7 tu, selalu saya langgar. Waktu lunch hour 1 jam. Beli makanan dan makan, ambil masa setengah jam atau 40 minit. Kemudian solat, dan terus tidur selama 10 atau 15 minit.

    Apa nasihat Ummusaif? Kalau memang tidak betul, terpaksa lah saya ubah bahagian makan tu. Sebab tidur, memang sangat perlu untuk saya.

  6. saya cume nk bertanya…
    sebaik2nye berapa minit diperlukan selepas makan sebelum nak mandi @ bersenam @ berjalan2…

    yang saya tahu makanan dihadam di perut memerlukan masa sekitar dua jam untuk dihadam. kalau usus kecil dan besar saya tak pasti…

    adakah selang masa diperlukan hanya untuk tempoh peghadaman di perut atau keseluruhan…?
